More Lists in MarkMail!

It's coming up on MarkMail's two-month anniversary, and the elves have been busy loading more and more content. Over the last few weeks, we've loaded a bunch more lists.

Of particular note is that we're now archiving the leading mailing list that talks about Cascading Style Sheet issues (useful for front-end development), along with a large set of mailing lists about the leading open source relational database. These resources should provide further assistance for anyone doing heavy web development. The details are as follows:
