This is the very first meeting of the MarkLogic User Group London (MUGL).
We'll have a presentation by John Snelson, MarkLogic Lead Engineer, as well as some introductory remarks by group leader, Ron Hitchens, and perhaps some general discussion.
One of the primary goals of this first meeting is to sort out what you, the members, would like to get out of this group going forward. Bring your thoughts and opinions to help us set the future direction of the MUGL. If you're new to MarkLogic, bring your questions - this will be the best place to get them answered.
Starting about 6:15-6:30, there will be pizza and drinks and time to get to know the other attendees. At about 7:00 we will settle down for the presentation(s). Afterward there will be time for further informal discussion and/or retiring to a local pub.
This meetup has an initial limit of 15 people. If the list is full, add yourself to the waiting list. If necessary, we will book a larger room to accommodate additional people.
