[Corona] anonymous places

Hi Scott,

In short, you can configure the anonymous place by not specifying a place name.  For example, let's say you wanted to add the "para" element into the anonymous place with a weight of 5, you'd make the following request:

POST /manage/place?element=para&weight=5
