[XQZone General] CIS and non-Unicode collations?

Does CIS support any collations other than the default for XQuery
(Unicode codepoint collation)?

For indexing purposes using "order by", etc., it would be a big help to
have some alternatives to strict Unicode ordering (at least en-US for
example).
