[XQZone General] Transaction Logs Support and Indexing Performance Question

I can't find in the administrator's guide how
transaction logs are applied during a database restore
operation.  Is there anything special that I have to
do, or is it just a part of the restore process?  Can
I choose whether to apply the transaction logs or not?

Also, does anyone have any metrics of indexing
performance for CIS?  I am not looking for exact
numbers, but an order of magnitude idea on either
MB/min or Elements/sec. How does indexing rate scale
with clustering?
