[XQZone General] Range index questions

I am trying to use element and attribute indexes and I am hoping someone can answer the following questions:
 
1)  Currently, CIS does not allow you to create an element/attribute range index once you have documents loaded into CIS.  What is the easiest way to export a database so that I can reload it with the appropriate range indexing activated?  Is it in the product plan to allow administrators to dynamically add new indexes when needed?
 
2)  What happens if I have the same local name, with the same name space, in two locations within a document?  What if the two elements do not contain the same data type?
 
3)  What happens if I have an element with no value (e.g.  <PubDate></PubDate> when the document has not been published) or an invalid value for the type.  Does this invalidate the index?
