[XQZone General] Potential CIS feature: server cron jobs?

I don't recall this getting mentioned at the Users Conference, but at UVaP
we have thought this would be a useful feature:

Add a "Scheduled Tasks" section to the CIS Web Admin interface that
would schedule the server to run specified XQuery scripts on the
filesystem or in the database at specified times.

Of course there are various ways of accomplishing the same thing via
system cron jobs that make connections to the server, but doing this
within CIS would pose fewer security issues and would put everything
neatly in one place along with other administrative tasks.

Has this been discussed at all? Would other people find it useful?
