[XQZone General] resolved-QName

When using the resolved-QName(xs:string?, element() ), I seem unable to get
a valid response from this function when applying a prefixed namespace.

"resolve-QName("ce:title", doc("somedoc")/path/to/something)" - XQuery used
in CQ and XDBC.


Results in this exception:
XDMP-NONAMESPACEBIND: resolve-QName("ce:title",
doc("somedoc")/path/to/something) -- No namespace binding for prefix at line
1


I checked some configurations on the CIS admin screens, and verified that
the "ce" prefix is defined in the namespace configuration tab.  Does this
prefix have to be defined in the module that uses it as well or am I missing
something much simpler?
