[XQZone General] XQuery jEdit Plugin

Hi,

I use jEdit to write XQuery, and I am attempting to make use of the Mark 
Logic adapter to the XQuery jEdit plugin.  I carefully followed the 
steps in http://xqzone.marklogic.com/svn/jedit/releases/README.txt; 
however, when I click the "Evaluate XQuery" button, I get the following 
error:

([our hostname]: [the port number of the XDBC server]): 
com.marklogic.queryhelper.QueryException: Giving up on query 
(com.marklogic.xdbc.XDBCException: No response received -- broken server 
connection): [the expression I wrote]

Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

I am running jEdit 4.2 final.  Let me know if providing more specs would 
be helpful.
