[XQZone General] New Project mlxcc

Hi All,

I started a new project to build a C API for Mark Logic. The goal is to
provide connectivity into Mark Logic from other popular scripting
languages. The project is called mlxcc (or libmlxcc) and I currently have
a start on bindings for perl, python, php, and ruby.

I set up a wiki at http://mlxcc.qnot.org/ which has some basic information
including installation, downloading, and api docs. The project is still in
it's infancy but seems to be in a state where I thought others might be
able to get some use out of it or possibly help enhance it.

Some features include:

* Issue XQueries
* Set external variables
* Document loading
* Invoke/Spawn modules

There hasn't been any significant testing done on the library so use at
your own risk. Feedback, bugs, comments are welcome.
