[MarkLogic Dev General] XQRunner and JSP Taglib Projects Updated

    I finally managed to get XQRunner updated to
work with XCC as the underlying connector.  I also
fixed a few minor bugs.

    The JSP tag library project, which uses XQRunner
as its backend, has also been updated.  Not a lot
of substantive changes, mostly tidying up and
correcting some small issues with the demo webapp
that's bundled with it.  I fixed an issue that was
causing hangs on some servlet containers, like ATG.
