[MarkLogic Dev General] faceted search support

I can't find any documentation on the marklogic site discussing support
for, or how-to for faceted searching/navigation/links.  Does marklogic
support faceted searching, and if so, how do you implement it.  Is there
some reference documentation on how to set this up?
