Sorting by "Last Modified", 
http://www.extreme.indiana.edu/dist/java-repository/xpp3/jars/xpp3-1.1.4c.jar 
appears to be the latest - and it's what I use for testing. The "min" 
package isn't sufficient, and RecordLoader does not need the "xpath" 
package.
