[MarkLogic Dev General] A couple of MarkLogic 3.2/oXygen 8.2

A couple of other things which I've discovered as
well.
a) Break points can currently only be set in a main
module and not a library module.
b) 'Run to Cursor' does not function as one would
expect.
The oXygen people are aware of these and have plans to
address them in a future version.
Overall, I still think this is a huge productivity
improvement with XQuery development.
