Not to my knowledge ...

If you don't care too much about the URI value for each document, a
quick way to do this is via the WebDAV server in MarkLogic.  This is the
technique I regularly use when loading a large directory of content
(including subfolders) into MarkLogic.

Is there a way to recursively load files via the admin web interface,
i.e. include subfolders on the load.
