[MarkLogic Dev General] XCC logging and filehandlers

I've successfully located the method for overriding XCC's override of
default JVM logging properties; however, I'm still having an issue with file
handlers.  It appears that my local log file handler is being dropped after
the XCC ContentSource is instantiated.  Is this issue related to the
xcc.logging.properties file, or is something else going on that I need to
override?  Thanks.
