[MarkLogic Dev General] MarkLogic integration with Oxygen

I have been unable to integrate Oxygen and MarkLogic.  I am using the tutorial that can be found here:
http://developer.marklogic.com/howto/tutorials/2006-06-oxygen-xml-editor.xqy

However, once I extract the 2 jars to the appropriate folder and restart oxygen, I don't get any options for MarkLogic under XML>XSLT/FO/XQuery>XQuery.

I did notice that the tutorial is from 2006, so I'm wondering if there is an additional step for newer versions of Oxygen.  I'm using version 9.3, Enterprise Edition.

Can anyone provide any tips or advice?
