The archives are searchable at http://markmail.org/search/?q=list%3Amarklogic 
  (along with about 4,500 other lists).

Note MarkMail is a site running on MarkLogic Server and uses XQuery to  
build all the html pages.  We find that model of development works  
quite well.  We use   when we need to satisfy IE's need for a  
closing tag.
