[MarkLogic Dev General] cts:highlight() issue

Has the issue referenced below been fixed yet? I'm seeing anomalous
results in code I've intended to put into production. Thanks.

"I have been able to reproduce your cts:highlight() issue. I am using
Bug report #3264 ("Incorrect cts:highlight() of phrase across
phrase-though elements") to track your issue. Bug #3264 is slated to
be fixed in a future release." (Result of a Google search.)
