[MarkLogic Dev General] cq 3.2.4

I am pleased to announce that cq 3.2.4 is now available. This release 
includes fixes for various minor bugs, and improves compatibility with 
current and future releases of MarkLogic Server.

If you are using cq and MarkLogic Server 3.2-1 or later, I hope that you
