will not be available in the default installation...

Hello,
 
I?m unable to select ?true? for the ?enable conversion? option under 
?Admin Console > My Database > content processing > install ? tab. This 
option appears to be disabled?
 
Note, I am using the community edition. Do I need an additional license?
