[MarkLogic Dev General] lib-search for ML 4.x

Hi,

I'm trying to get lib-search to work on my ML project but I was unable to locate the lib-parser for ML 4.0 version from the developer site. I realized that there is a version for ML 4.x out there. Is there a plan to make the new version available to the developers?
