Hi Deepak,
Documentation of all available CPF functions can be found at http://developer.marklogic.com/pubs/4.0/apidocs/CPFFunctions.html.
There is no function that converts arbitrary XML to standard formats. But you can do so with plain XQuery yourself.
On the other hand, if you would be able to start off with a particular XML format, like docbook for instance, then there is a good chance that conversion libraries (Xquery, or XSLT if necessary) can be readily found on internet.
