[MarkLogic Dev General] Problem with XP SP3 and ML 4.1

I am having trouble with ML 4.1 with XP SP3.

Installation, admin, CQ runs perfectly. But when I develop application
and try to access ML repository from codebase, it is throwing error as
Authentication failed (with the admin user credential)... this problem
is not happening when I am running the same code in 4.0

Any solution?
