[MarkLogic Dev General] release notes for current MarkLogic version?

Hi Eric,

Thanks so much for your reply.  That was the kind of thing I had in
mind - some sort of notification.  Personally, I think not notifying
folks about releases misses a small opportunity for the community -
the virtuous cycle of release, excitement, discussion, testing, ideas.
 Just a thought!
