[MarkLogic Dev General] Application builder not working in latest download

Hi..!
 
   I downloaded the latest version of Marklogic (4.1.7). I am having problems with application builder. When I try to deploy the default sample of Oscars it gives me an error.Is it a problem with the latest updates.Even when I click on any tab on the app builder like sort/deploy I get a popup saying "Could not validate the application". Please advice.
