[MarkLogic Dev General] XQDebug fails to install

It looks like you have a zip file that incorporates changes that weren't in the distribution.
There is a new version of XQDebug, 1.0.2, that will filter Apple and SVN changelog/archive files from a zip file.
You can get it from here: http://code.google.com/p/xqdebug/downloads/list
1.0.2 also allows window resizing (thanks to Michael Fagan), better support for MarkLogic system files and the Database Explorer allows you to explore the directories and files and view permissions without needing a URI Lexicon on the database.
Please let me know if you still have any problems with this new revision.

Well MarkLogic treats the file as text based on its file extension. It's apparently not utf-8 so thus the issue.
Perhaps the resource fork isn't really supposed to be there. Try removing it from the zip before installing?
