[MarkLogic Dev General] Custom collector to listen over http

I need to create an Information Studio custom collector.  It's
somewhat different than the examples I've found in documentation.
This needs to be a long-running collector.  Once started, it should
listen for incoming documents sent via HTTP POST.

Since the collector needs to wait on incoming documents for a period
of time unknown to the collector, it's similar to the browser
UploadApplet collector.  Is this going to require a similar approach?
Is there any code available for me to "borrow" (including JavaScript
and JAR)?
