[MarkLogic Dev General] MarkLogic 5 available on Amazon Web Services?

Hi,

second try as there was no answer for my previous request, with a new
and improved title.

I cannot find MarkLogic 5 as a ready-made AMI image on AWS, only 4.2.
Is it there?  If not, will it be there? If so, when?
