  • Looks like the latest (version 6.0.3) has been compiled with SDK 6.0? Won't run with the 1.5 JDK. Here is the output from javap -verbose on any file in the JAR. public class com.marklogic.xcc.ContentFactory SourceFile: "ContentFactory.java" minor version: 0 major version: 50 major version 50 is SDK 6.0
  • A plug is a application gadget that allows one program to accessibility the details in another program. I know this is a greatly simple description.
  • Does anyone know why the XCC for .net is linked to version 0.44.0.5 of IKVM dll's ? I have another linked to a later version of IKVM and MarkLogic only wants the 4405 version to run
    • The XCC .NET is build with this particular IKVM version. Therefore, it is always looking for this specific version. Upgrading the IKVM does not have any impact on the performance of the XCC. NET. Therefore, it would be better to stick to the IKVM 0.44.0.5 .
